Above – A spread from Finding My Calm, Published by Wildling Books.
Above – A spread from Let It Go. This passage is all about Anger, and was one of my favourite spreads to illustrate.
Above – A spread from Let It Go. This passage is all about Shame – a challenging emotion to both express in words and pictures. Strangely, it turned out to be the passage that I was most pleased with.
Above – A spread from Let It Go. This passage is all about Sadness. One of the joys of making this book was that I could incorporate subtle fantastical elements, and make little nods to classical book illustrators in the stylised foliage and trees. All these stylistic decisions were employed to serve the narrative.

Above – A spread from Aroha Knows. Aroha Knows is all about the joys and benefits of being out in nature, and is something of a love letter to New Zealand and its landscape.
Above – A spread from Aroha Knows. Finding the wonders of nature in your own backyard.
Above – A spread from Aroha Knows. Aroha and friends in the forests of New Zealand.
Above - The Adventures of Jack Scratch - The Curse of the Kwaken! (My all time favourite character to work on) High sea adventure, curses, and cutlasses.
Above – Spreads from The Adventures of Jack Scratch. If I could spend all my days working on one series, this might be it! Conceived by my then six year old daughter and lovingly made especially for her. Published by Wildling Books.
