Craig Phillips is a writer, illustrator and currently co-director at Wildling Books.
He has illustrated for most of the major publishing houses in Australia and the United States over the course of a 25 year long creative career. He has also been a regular creative contributor to the iconic School Magazine for over a decade.
He is the writer of best-selling New Zealand picture book, Aroha's Way, as well as the award-winning Giants, Trolls, Witches, Beasts: Ten Tales from the Deep, Dark Woods, published by Allen and Unwin.
He lives and works from his home studio in Taranaki, New Zealand, with his wonderful family, an old ginger cat, and a rambunctious and little puppy named Twig.
